Here at Fire Works we support our local farmers. It is not uncommon to find local lamb sausage, cheese, ham, eggs, beef, chicken, sausage, and all kinds of picked that day produce on our menus. We recycle everything, buy local when we can, we even give used cooking oil to local farmers for their tractors.
